Hello there! Cultural reference notwithstanding, I love making jambalaya time and again. The flavours, the texture, the fact you can cook to proper New Orleans music… I made it last night, family loved it. We had a very smoky chorizo, not quite so spicy. They had obviously used a bit too much paprika in the sausage, but I’m not complaining!
So, just thought I’d share with you again, particularly as its summer now, and there’s trad jazz blowing in through my office window!
